Take action the customers' complaint within 8 hrs, summit the complain report to our customers within 24 hrs.
Answer the relevant questions from our customers.
Provide the battery testing and the relevant technical report for customers.
Provide the technical and equipment document
Provide the training of relevant battery performance and usage.
Investigate the customers' satisfaction per quarter.
Evaluate and confirm the customers' demand.
